  • Steak Frites – 8 oz. filet mignon with breadfruit and yucca frites, finished with au poivre sauce

  • Poisson Meunière du Jour – Fresh local catch with brown butter, lemon, capers, and Robuchon potatoes

  • Parisian Gnocchi – Mushroom crème sauce with shaved Parmesan
